RETURNS POLICY 

All full priced items are eligible for a full refund (not inclusive of postage) within 7 days of receiving your garment, provided that the item meets the criteria below.

Sale and discounted items are non refundable. 



CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS POLICY

As custom orders require a 25% NON-refundable deposit to compensate for materials and labor. In the event you do change your mind, a 75% refund will be issued following the standard returns guide. 

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Please ensure goods are posted back within 7 days of receiving the order. Return parcel tracking number must be provided.
  • Items to be in perfect condition, must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. If an item is returned outside of these conditions it will be deemed ineligible and goods will be sent back to the customer.
  • Items to be in original packaging with all tags attached. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event you receive a faulty item, we can offer:

  • Express repair (pending damage);
  • An express remake of your garment; or
  • Provide a full refund inclusive of the postage price.
